Yes. We offer personal training with experienced strength coaches. Personal training sessions are customized to your goals, experience level, and any injuries or limitations, making it ideal for beginners, athletes, and experienced lifters alike.
3. Do I need a gym membership to hire a personal trainer?
No. You do not need a gym membership to hire a personal trainer at GND Strength Society. Personal training is available to both members and non-members.
4. What types of group fitness classes do you offer?
We offer group fitness classes focused on strength training, functional fitness, conditioning, and mobility. Our group classes emphasize proper coaching, scalable workouts, and long-term strength and performance.
5. Are group classes included with membership?
One of our gym memberships include group fitness classes, while the other offers classes as an add-on. Your first class is always free!
6. Do you offer guest passes?
Yes. We offer gym guest passes so you can bring a friend or try the gym before committing. Guest pass availability and restrictions may apply. The current cost is $30 per single use.
7. Do you require long-term gym contracts?
No. GND Strength Society offers month-to-month gym memberships with no long-term contracts. You get flexibility without being locked into a commitment.
8. Is this gym beginner-friendly?
Yes. Our gym is beginner-friendly, and no prior strength training experience is required. Coaches provide movement instruction and workout scaling to help new members train safely and confidently.

Our strength training gym is fully equipped with barbells, squat racks, dumbbells, specialty bars, conditioning equipment, and functional training tools to support serious strength training and general fitness.
