  • Hyrox Strength

    We combine running intervals with HYROX-style functional stations to train aerobic capacity, pacing, and mental grit. Expect to sweat — a lot — while dialing in the rhythm and control you’ll need on race day (or just to crush life outside the gym).

  • Hyrox Power

    This is where speed meets strength. HYROX Power blends high-intensity intervals with plyometric movements and fast-paced functional circuits to develop the pop you need to move explosively and recover quickly. Perfect for building sprint capacity, reaction time, and the gear-shift ability to dominate race stations.
